Hello Zack,

I don't have my MDX-3 any more so I can't play with it to be of certain help, but here are a few suggestions:
Windows 10 is quite good at running old software, just do all installs and run the software 'as an administrator'
Right click the programs and set compatibility to something old, e.g. Windows 98 or ME as a start.
If you have a parallel port built-in then it ought to work OK, USB - Parallel (or USB - serial for that matter!) adaptors are not all as compatible as they would like to be.
Finally try and find an old PC which runs an old version of Windows and use that. I suspect this would be the most reliable solution.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
Good luck,
David
