Exclamation Sloppy Geometry - PLEASE HELP!!

Hello. I desperately need some help or suggestions with this drawing!

I have been using OneCNC for almost 3 years now and this is a problem I REGULARLY encounter. This drawing needs to be pocketed using a .040" cutter w/ 33% stepover. Its a relatively simple design, but for some reason OneCNC won't write a complete toolpath (look at the backplot), and I'm sure its Sloppy Geometry somewhere in the artwork. I'm usually good at finding it, but have been working with this one for 3+ hours, and have probably re-drawn about 80% of it with no luck.

Is there some feature I have overlooked that will speed this trail and error and guesswork up? What do other people use to remedy this with OneCNC? I have saved from OneCNC a DXF of the part and have attached it. I wanted to post the XFA file, but the forum would not allow me to upload it. If anyone wants the XFA let me know and I'll email it to you. Thaks in advance for any words of wisdom!!

Typical...... 5 minutes after I posted this thread, I fixed the problem by redrawing all 6 half circles on the inside "whiskers". I'd still like to hear what techniques others use with OneCNC though. Thanks!

No tool paths with .dxf, you can zip the .xfa so we can take a look at what you are talking about.

Use "select" chain and then go to "edit" and "group". I imported your file into XR3 and did these steps and it pocketed fine. Without grouping the toolpath wanted to pocket out the middle? I did a traditional as well as a high speed pocket cycle no problem when I grouped the entities together.....

    Try this file.

On rereading I see you have solved your problem. I didn't use OneCNC
