PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED ILLUSTRATION OF THE ISSUE.
OK as you can see from the illustration provided I have one block of foam which requires the left set of axis to cut one set of shapes (smaller) and the right set of axis to cut the other (larger) shapes.
Also note that the shapes from left to right vary as the left hand shape is square and the right hand shape is a star. Both of these have different perimeter lengths. I hear that Foamworks would have trouble with this as the number and placements of the points would vary too much and by using Foamworks it would cause the shape to be cut incorrectly. At first i thought that increasing the feed on the right hand set of axis would work but I imagine that would need some rather tricky tuning.
Sorry about the caps but just making the question clear.
SO...
WHICH SOFTWARE SHOULD I BE USING THAT WOULD ENSURE THAT BOTH PATHS ARE CUT PROPORTIONALLY? OR MAYBE ANOTHER WAY OF PUTTING IT WHICH SOFTWARE WOULD BE ABLE TO COPE WITH CUTTING ONE SHAPE ON ONE SIDE AND A CONSIDERABLY DIFFERENT SHAPE ON THE OTHER WITHOUT MAKING ANY ERRORS???
Many thanks in advance,
Paul
