Hi all.
I've got a leblond makino fnc 60 with a fanuc omb control 1988 or 89 model cant quite remember.
I was drip feeding a large program the other night, things were going good, so i went home for the night leaving the machine running. when i came in the next morning, the machine was stopped mid cut. No alarm on control, just blinking "not ready" on screen, and the spindle alarm lamp on the front of control was on. i forgot to check if there was a alarm on the spindle drive before i turned the machine off. it reads all zero's now. My manual says to replace the spindle drive fuses, power up and hit reset... No luck. Its still sittin there "not ready" with the alarm lamp on.
Makino wont let ya see the ladder to diaganose and they want $2500 just to talk to a tech.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, i was usin a 1/16" endmill runnin at 5200rpm. The spindle turns freely by hand.

Thanks,
J
