Hello I just wanted to introduce myself as I found this forum today while sitting here running at my plasma console. I am an operator at the top waterjet shop in my locale (West Texas) where we are running a pair of high capacity abrasive waterjets as well as a Torchmate CNC plasma table.

My coworkers had never been able to get good results out of the plasma cutter prior to my coming to work here this past January but luckily I seem to have either a good understanding of the process or some natural knack for it so I've been placed as pretty much our full time plasma guy.

I'm excited to be involved here to learn more about what I'm doing and offer whatever knowledge or insight I might have and I hope to provide as useful information from time to time as I expect to recieve answers. I'd also like to say a quick hello to Mike from Torchmate whom I have actually had occasion to speak with personally while debugging problems at the shop and I can say from first hand experience that he is very knowledgable and extremely patient so definitely take his advice seriously.

It's good to hear that the support is appreciated, hopefully the machine works great for your business! Some people do seem to have a natural knowledge to them that makes the table very easy to use and understand.
