    Can I change tolerance of solidworks models?

    As a consequence I should have a form part with file size of ca. 1 MB. If I increase the tolerance, then I should get, for example, a 10 times larger file, because there will saved more information about a model.

    Furthermore… is it possible to smooth surfaces of radii or free formed surfaces?

    Hello

    You can drag the picture quality (tools – options – file properties – picture quality) to the right. Then the edges and radii will be seen better, but the SW will work slower. I believe the file won’t become larger.
