    Set & Max Spindle speed code ?

    I am new to this site and all forums for that matter but i need some help
    i have been running & programming lathes for about 4 years.


    I am writing a new programme in the 21t-i and need the code for SET & maximum Spindle speed

    G50 S1000 would temporarily cap the spindle speed at 1000rpm.
    The 'real maximum' is actually set in parameters somewhere.
    First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.
