Are you copying a molded component?

nope, not a copy of a molded part....any similar parts I have dealt with have always been machined.

thanks for the fast responses guys.

This part is not a copy of a molded part. It is my own design. I dont have a CAD drawing but i can give you an electronic format of the drawing once i get a quote. If any additional info is needed let me know.

I would definitely need a solid model or a drawing to provide an accurate quote. This is a fairly pricey five axis part...most people posting RFQs here are usually not prepared to spend the kind of money this part will cost. Are you expecting at least $2k-3k (or more) per part?

Hard to tell from the picture, but I figure 4 axis and 2 setup would work. Depending in your tolerances $1-$3K for a 1-off with drastic savings for a run of 8.
Feel free to email me Solid Models if you wish a quote and are willing to do the importing yourself (due to new US tax laws).
