    CAM M2- Error 100 tool data not set

    Hello all.

    Have an older SV-25 with an M2 control that is acting up.

    Had a toolchanger issue, and now the machine won't accept any toolchanges other than tool 0, without giving Error 100. Any known fixes?

    go to diagnostics then wh and set address 66EB9 and set the data value to 00

    Been there, but still had the same issue. Thanks for your help!

    We got it working now though. Apparently all the tool data values were set to zero. Not sure if there was a lightning strike or someone pressed something they should not have. Either way, it may be that the batteries in the control are dying. Reset all the tool data manually and got a set of batteries on order (part #C0308, 2 req'd if someone runs into the same problem).
