All we want is what we paid for over 14 months ago they sold us a half working program all we want is the other half if they are taking a little heat over it to bad.

Ok, it was real funny, not just "somewhat" funny. I concede the point...
Ok Don now give them a all out bashing.
John
Nope. Not today. No energy for it.
I'm starting to see the comic value in all those posts instead of the negativity. It's more fun that way.
Ok...I'm on board for some fun...
So how many BobCAD engineeers does it take to change a light bulb?
They can't change it, but if it don't work, there is a fix on the way.
Lee
If it is a new house anyone of the BobCAD engineeers can change a light bulb. But none of them could program the key pad that controlls the light. First they would need a post that worked. Then after they could post to the keypad the code would crash. But if it was an old house they would first sell you the new upgrade controll keypad for your lights.
They used to be able change them easily.....but it was decided to redesign the bulb.... So, now the new one doesn't fit the socket....No problem, "We'll patch that" they say....OK, now it fits the socket but when you flip the switch the toaster stops working..... Not to worry, "We can patch that, too", be ready in a week, and so on....Ahh, but the lightbulb salesman is still telling me how great these new lights are.
So...we're all still sitting here in the dark.....
As much as they sell they should just call in a repair guy to change that bulb.
Most jobs require you to be able to complete your work and even if you make a mistake you are expected to be able to fix it right away. Maybe I am being a little too hard?
Bobcad fire these workers and hire someone who can complete the job.
