    Dyna 4500 Tool Changer Issues

    I have a DM4500 Dynamechtronics Mill with a Mitsubishi M3 control. My tool changer is not working in Memory mode. Could someone please post their tool changer macro from their DM4500?

    Also, if anyone has any ideas... my tool changer will work perfectly when the macro is set as a type 2 and it is run in MDI mode. However, when in memory mode it hangs before the Z axis moves up to remove the tool from the spindle. The alarm it gives is M01 0004 Z which is a Z axis external interlock. It does this when set as any type in Memory mode and as 0, 1, and 3 types in MDI, but type 2 MDI mode works fine.

    Any ideas?
