    Chiller system problem

My 4020 chiller unit is not working. I checked the voltage and the plug shows 114 v but it does not turn on, but if I plug it into a regular plug it works. Could it be the transformer? I checked the F1 fuse and it was OK.

Your chiller is working fine. your thermostat may not me working or it might not get warm enough to kick it on. it doesnt run all the time.

However how do you know its not working? it only comes on when the spindle gets to a certain temp. you may have a cool running spindle, or you havent run it at high rpms.

one way to check is put a mark on the fan blade thats cools the condencer(its on the top) then check it at the end of the day to see if it moved.

Most of this spindle cooler system are controled by a pc board on the left side of de cpu,
there are 2 red lights and 2 little bottons,,depress one and check if the system started.
