Now you have to make a R/C boat for it.

naw....I like my RC boats fast. My last one had a 60 cc chainsaw engine in it.

A little more progress. Made a couple connecting rods and some shiney 3" flywheels. I will dress the wheels up a little once I get my home made dividing head done.

Balsaman, those are some massive flywheels! (wedge)

Where can I get a copy of those plans for this engine you are building?

They are only 3" in diameter. The engine is designed loosely around the "siamese twins" plan at www.good-fellow.net

Are the bolts cosmetic? They look nice. Do you have a Cole's power model catalog? They sell "scale" hex bolts and nuts in steel. A few years ago, I bought an assortment of these, and they really dress up both steam and small IC engines. They can also be used to create scale studs which look perfect for cylinder heads, crankcase covers, etc.

    Any more progress?

No more progress. Waiting for my mill. The bolts are cosmetic. I should have put them closer to the rim. Still, looks better than the plain aluminum.
