I'm looking for some recommendations for pierce settings. I'm using Mach 3 and SheetCam with an Esab PCM875 (60 amp) with a hand torch on a homebuilt cutting table. I cut a lot of 3/8" steel and I destroy a lot of tips at start of cut. Sometimes I'm lucky to get 3-5 pierces out of a tip. On thinner materials that are easier to pierce I have much better results.

I'd like to know what settings others are using with good results, for 3/8" steel at 60 amps.
1)pierce height
2)pierce delay
3)ramp lead-in?
4)plunge rate
