How to dump (and upload) parameters on O-M

I have Fanuc O-M on DahLih machine, everything if fine, but i want to dump all parameters to PC to have backup, and to be able to restore them sometime if needed.

RS232 is working properly, i am sending and receiving programs with no problem.

So I just ask for some instructions on backuping and restoring (all) parameters from NC control, Fanuc OM

You should also save the 900 option parameters by pushing EOB and OUTPUT/START to save these .
Also any timer counter values should be saved.
