This is an easy one.
Drill some index holes in your spoilboard and drill matching index holes in your part in some waste area. Then offset a new set of indexing holes in the waste area. Set some dowel pins or rod (I use 1/2 wood dowels) cut the first part of your toolpath up to the area of your table, or index offset, shuffle the project down to the spoil board index holes, align the offset project holes, reinsert your dowels, and now you can run the rest of your toolpath.
I'll have to try that one out next time. I ended up centering the job on the material, inverting the job diagram and and flipping the entire piece on the table. The only problem is i had no solid waypoints so accuracy was lacking
