    Strange Problem

I don't even know how to begin with this one. Here is my current setup. Upstairs (in my nice comfy office with a nice comfy chair) I have my office computer. Said computer runs xp with an Athlon (x2) 3800, 2 gb ram, ati x1650 pro video card. Installed software Bobcad 21 (1st seat), Bobcad post processor Mach 3 Mill (06-06-08) and Mach 3 version 2.63. I have not configured Mach 3 for any machine, it is just as it came. I can import or draw my own in bob, turn it into gcode and view it in Mach 3 and everything is fine. Let's say that I open the bobcad cat with bob art and then save it as gcode. When I open the gcode in Mach 3 I see then bobcad cat. I then save it to a memory stick and take it downstairs. My cnc computer run xp with Intel core duo 2 ghz, 2 gb ram, nvidia 8600 gt video card. Installed is my second seat of Bobcad 21, same post processor and Mach 3 version 2.63. When I load the gcode in I see a wavy line instead of the bobcad cat. So far I haven't found anything that looks right.

I have uninstalled Mach 3, deleted the folder, deleted the Mach 3 driver and used regclean to remove any traces of Mach 3 from the registry, reinstalled, rebooted before loading Mach 3 for the first time and reconfigured everything and it still does it. Here is my xml file.

Can you post the g-code and a screenshot of the problem?

Well, I am kind of getting some where on this. My distance mode on the office computer is set for absolute and the cnc comp is set to incremental. When I switched the office comp to incremental it messed up too. Change it back things are perfect. That is the only setting on the general logic configuration I have changed. Seems like I remember reading something about CV somewhere. Both are set to CV.

Set both machines to absolute mode (G90). Incremental is not commonly used.
