    Question using of nozzle and electrode

    These are wear out nozzle and electrode,look at if their case is normal compare with other users.

    That appears to be fairly normal, there is no spotting due to Moisture on the electrode. Typically they are replaced when the bowl at the tip reaches more then 1/8" (3mm) in depth.
