What would some of you experts advise as proper cutting parameters such as spindle speed, cutting depth, feedrate, ETC. using a Griz X2 and a 1/4" endmill on the .DXF below ?

Use about 1500 RPM @ 6-15 IPM with .025 DOC should be OK (it's up to you)
maybe .010 for a finish pass and some kind of coolant/oil.
This Calculator is a big help, do the RPM 1st, then the Feed Rate 2nd.
Surface Speed Ft./Min. figures are in the chart below.

Thanks for your advice Hoss, I went with 4 ipm (just cautious while still learning) and .025 DOC, ~1500 RPM and that worked very good.
And thanks also for the link to Online Metal Supply in your ATC thread, I had been looking for a hunk of 6061-T6 at a good price for milling a mold for my injection machine I built recently and they had the perfect size at a fantastic price.
