    ALARMS 600 AND 607 ON FANUC 6M

    I have a machine with control fanuc model 6M with this failures : over travels -x,+x,-y,+y,-z,+z, faults 600 and 607. I found the limit switch of the x axis wet with coolant I cleaned the switch, but a I still having the alarms.

    Sounds like you have lost the 24vdc, at least to all the OT switches.
    They are N.C., so with no voltage they appear open.

    Connection unit or PC card (if exist)may be in trouble

    600 & 607 are serious alarms ( communication betweem plc & cnc is bad) you can try with initialization of the bubble memory)
