    Need help connecting laptop to CNC

    I have a Fanuc 10T control and am having trouble getting my laptop to upload a program. Could someome please tell me step by step how do this? I am useing ConnectCnc on my laptop. Thanks

    lap top to cnc

    First you have to make sure your settings are the same on both the controller and the lap top.
    On the screen of the controller go to handy sets and you can see some of the settings there under input out put have to be set as 2 for both.
    Look for the paramater #5110 referance to the manual for the buad rate,set your lap top the same.
    Now make sure that parity bit is set as well.
