I use Amada CTB400 band saw. I noted blank slipping out of rear vise what causes wrong dimension of workpiece. There are evident scratches on band saw table from blank, and on blank material: from table and from vise.
rep. technician says, that hydraulic pressure is too low. My idea is, that blank material must not lay on the table: the main load is carried by rollers. Observation shows evidently, that slipping occurs only when blank is not touching the last roller before table and hits the table with bang.

Is the problem not that the blank is catching on the front vice?
I`ve had this problem when the wear strips in the rear vice are worn.
