    Doosan S 280 Fanuc 9000 parameter for M06, M07

I need the 9000 series parameter(s) to enable a parts catcher. I hooked up the sol. valves, reed switches, etc. and the diagnostics see the inputs going high as I manually cycle the air cylinder. The solid state relay and solenoid for parts catcher return is live but the machine won't respond to M06 or M07. Thanks, Donnie

    PARTS CATCHER

I may be wrong but I think you need M10 and M11 for your parts catcher

you need to let the machine know the parts catcher is attached to it
keep relay K8.5 activates and deactivates the parts catcher check your manual or if you can understand the ladder logic go thru it and look for the parts catcher. the keep relay and parameter ( if needed) is listed there
i do not think it is a parameter you have to change but it is more than likely it is the keep relay
If you can ENVISION it I can make it

    Keep Relay and M Code

I checked the book and the only reference to a keep relay (K4 bit 6) is "Parts catcher on axis interlock". The Doosan manual lists M6 and 7 for the parts catcher. Thanks so much for the quick replies guys...... Donnie

    No. The M-codes for the Mecatec/Doosan S280 Parts Catcher are M6 & M7

Doosan S280 M-Codes.pdf As shown by this extract from the S280 Operators Manual

I do not know how to turn on the Parts Catcher

Which Fanuc control do you have on this machine ?
