    drilling

    im drill 3/8 hole in a 1/8 alum. I have destroyed my drill head used many differnt bits the router heads can only spin at 18000 or one at 8000, and last 4000, even drill head i 1500 slowest any ideas im getting a lot of work like this(nuts)

    1500 rpm? That's ok, use an endmill if a drill is gumming up, HSS, definatly not TiN coated though.
