    X2 Conversion - help please!

Has anyone carried out a conversion of the Sieg X2 milling machine with the Syil X2 conversion kit?
I have a customer, here in the UK, in need of some guidance as we have no instructions to go on and a list of parts would also be a useful starting point.

If anyone also has photos of each stage that they could pass on that would be an added bonus and greatly appreciated.
