Shopping for multi axis/sub spindle/live tool lathe, what do I need?

We recently quoted a job that may require one of these machines. The largest problem right now is axis. As I understand it, most OEMs refer to the B axis as movement of the sub spindle. We need a B axis or additional axis as a pivot on the Y axis so we can make angled holes into a part.

I the specs we are looking for are XYZBC axis, live tool, 8in chuck, 2.5in bar cap. This is actually more machine than we need but if we can justify it with a part order, so be it. We really do not want to buy new but find something 2-7 yrs old.

Any ideas what we should shop for? We may seek to hold +/- .0001 at times. Of course Mori, Okuma, Mazak are at the top but pricey too!

That is a combination it may be tricky to find.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
