    Spindle choice - Glass CNC

Hey guys, hopefully I have posted in the right section. I need some advice on building a Glass CNC machine. Ive worked on Glass CNC for the last 2 years and now have desire to attempt building one. The main problem I have is the choice of spindle, all the commercial cnc machines use air spindles. I dont thing a electric router would suffice. The reason for this is that large amount of water/coolant needed to machine glass. I basically need a setup that can rotate a 100mm(dia) tool @ 5500 rpm. If anyone has information about air spindles or know people who supply them, I would be interested. Any alternatives? Im gonna setup a small machine first with a machine bed the size of about 600mm x 600mm, just as a proto.
