    hi Stevo1

    thank you, at this moment, I have nothing from yours prabhat. I need programming book, please. I need also help: I bought this machine used and am just starting to set it up and I made some mismatch by running and old program inside and I have failure: "not ready" and program running . I cannot reset system!! what can I do?

    I also could use the Fanuc O-TT manual. I have a Star CNC 32 that has some alarms I can't figure out.

    My machine is a Star KNC 32 running a Fanuc O-TT.
    Alarm messages are:
    Head 1: O4044 N0002
    No. 2000
    Emergency Stop

    Head 2: O1820 N1820
    No. 2000
    Emergency Stop

    ALARM 2000

    Sir,
    the Alarm 2000 Emergency Stop is an external Alarm not a system Alarm , Please check through the ladder The Emergency circuit, Like = Hyd or Pneumatic pressure Sw, Turret Clamp, Gear Pos sw, Etc Etc.

    AL-01 The main circuit power module (IPM) has detected am Error (PSM-5.5,-11) Overcurrent flows into the input of the main circuit (PSM-15 to –30)

    AL-02 A cooling fan for the control circuit has stopped

    AL-03 The Temperature of the main circuit heat sink has risen abnormally

    AL-04 In the main circuit the DC voltage (DC Link) has dropped

    AL-05 The main circuit capacitor was not recharged within the specified time

    AL-06 The Input Power Supply is abnormal (open phase)

    AL-07 In the main circuit the DC Voltage at the DC link is abnormally high
