Did you get a user's-manual with the laser? The alignment procedure should be in there. If not then you need to email the manufacturer for instructions. It is a fairly risky thing to do as you have to over-ride the safety interlocks and have your hands inside the case with a live beam. Getting burnt is a REAL possibility. The other thing you can check is to make sure the table is the same height from the lens at all places. Turn off the laser and unplug the power from the mains outlet. Gently try to move the lens carriage to the top left corner. If it does not move freely do not force it. If it does not move freely then you canNOT do the following you will break something. Measure from the table top to a point on the lens mount. Move the lens carriage to the bottom left and measure again. Do the same for the top right and bottom right corners of the table. If they are not all exactly the same then you need to adjust the table top with shims until they are all level. Dave
