    Cool CNC Conversions

Where can a person find information on converting and existing Lathe or Mill to CNC or buying a hybred CNC mill or lathe? I would like to get into home shop cnc and convert my existing mill and lathe to CNC.....if I didn't have to mortgage my house to do it. All of the conversion kits that I have seen are very expensive...and no one at West Tec, ofcourse, wanted to even talk to me about it.

There are a great many machines on this site that have been converted to cnc. Have a good around the archives and you may something that will help you out. Alternatively, just start posting specific questions about what you want to know, and someone will usually have the answer for you
    Oh yeah, and welcome aboard!
