Smile 5 or 6 axis drive box/controller kit?

    Hello to all:

I want to build a small 5 or six axis cnc router or mill. I do not intend for this machine to be big, as what I want to produce will not be bigger than 3" square.

Does anyone out there know of a place that sells 5 or 6 axis "kits?" I can only find 4 maximum. Even just a source for a ready-made controller "box" with all the electronics inside would be great; I could deal with the motors later if necessary. Thanks in advance!

You will be better off to buy individual drive boards in the quantity that you need. If any one drive on a multi-drive board fails you are completely out of service until it can be repaired.

It wouldn't be as bad if you buy two boards with three drives on them. At least it can be reconfigured as a three axis router if you have a need for that. If all you ever do is 5 or 6 axis work then only individual drives will work for you.
