    Adjusting ballscrew bearing blocks

My X2 uses 2 3/8-24 jam nuts on the end of each screw to secure it in th bearing block. I am finding that if I adjust it to have no backlash but still turn smoothly, the jam nuts will start to work themselves loose pretty quickly. I tried a star washer but that did nothing. My next thought is some blue loctite or a nylock. Any other ideas?

You should have one nut thicker than the other. The thin one goes on first. It's more important than you might think.
