    Bought used SCM Record 125

We purchased a used router, SCM Record 125, and we know nothing about it. We know that it has Xilog plus in the computer and was wondering what that program is actually used for. Do you have to have a seperate program such as Alphacam or EnRoute to program these machines?

Use xilog to write your programs, bit like Gcode, look to see what programs are already on the machine, and see if you can make any sense of those (theyre in .pgm format) usually in programfiles\scmgroup\xilog\job

load one of the programs in xilog, and hit ctrl+W to see what it looks like.

you can also use a program like alphacam to create these pgm files.

You can use Xilog to do all your programing & even make your programes parametric( type in the size you need.
You can't nest with it though.
I use it all the time & have written over 80 programes that I use all the time
If you need help let me know
    All the best
