    Smile New version of emulator

    Hi
We have a version , but frankly we have not tested on Haas. Technically speaking , it should have not problems working with Haas until and unless Haas works onnon-dos formats. It works on creating folders inm Pen Drive rather than formatting with prescribed software.

    Few features:
    • Cannot read /write in Non-Dos Formats
    • Does not require Preformatted USB Flash Drive. Works on a folder name based concept. Means-
Data in folder 001 on USB is = 01 block on emulator
Data in folder 099 on USB is = 99 block on emulator
    • Few devices require a feature of ‘Ready Signal’ of FDD . This version supports “READY SIGNAL”
    • Full capacity of pen drive can be used

Costs os 65 USD + shipping . The surety what I can offer is that if it does not works the payment shall be refunded except the Shipping Charges.

    Regards

    Sounds like a plan...

So One can use any kind of pendrive with it with the lots of trash on it and any stuff not related to the drive and it isn't care about them just those folders what has the numbers 001, 002, etc. Right?

And what if the pendrive isn't have the folders or just one. Does your drive create the folders it needs by it self?

This would make it really plug and play and usable.

    New emulator

    Hi
You need to creat folders by yourself. Yes, anything which is not in folders name 001 - 099 is not of concern by emulator.

We would recommend not to use Sandisc/Transcend make pen drives as we have faced few issues with them of not being recognized.

We have tested with HP/Kingston upto 8 gb.

    OK then...

Ok, then I think it'll work. The machine is seems to be an old PC packaged in co with the other equipment and runs DOS with the specialized measuring program which saves the data on a 3 1/2 floppy disk in text format.

I'll ask my boss and place the order if I can convince him of the need.

    Thank You!
