DIY 4th axis: Shaft size conversion?

I picked up a harmonic drive+housing+motor from ebay that used to be part of an Epson SCARA robot. The drive is nice, but it is driven by an AC servo motor and I don't really want to use it.

What I'd like to do is replace that motor with a simple stepper motor. The problem is that the mount isn't NEMA. The shaft diameter needs to be 14mm.

Does anyone sell a simple "shaft converter" that I can slip on a 1/4" NEMA23 stepper to give it a 14mm shaft size?

I don't have access to a lathe or I would just make my own... =/

Try sdp-si.com, they have a variety of exactly what you need including metric/inch converter sleeves. I've used items from them to do the exact same thing. You'll love a harmonic drive as a rotary axis, BTW.
