NEED HELP: Wiring for Hobbycnc FoamPro and bow power

I'm no electronic or electrical Guy I need help in wiring power supply and bow power for Hobbycnc foam pro board.

US 100-120 3 prong power cord.
    1. neutral = white ?
    2. load = black ?
    3. Ground = green

MPJA SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY INPUT TERMINALS LABEL AS L - N - GRD. SYMBOL. The terminal marked with the grd. symbol is that the third leg of the 240 circuit and not the true grd of the US 120 circuit.

If someone could look at pdf drawing and let me know what needs to be corrected.

Bow power: should I have a bleed Resistor along with the caps.
Should the Bow fuse be before the bow power in on the foam pro board or on the bow out side.

I have a panel mount 0-5 amp. meter that I would like to install. Is it correct to hook it up in series with pos. + out.

Any and all help will be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Harold
