That is a very nice looking clock. I am in the early phases of designing and building my own clock. Designing your own gives a lot more satisfaction (to me) than purchasing a set of plans.

Thats true, Steve. Trying to design something you always learn a lot as you go.
I had hours of real fun making the clock (oh and of course hours of frustration)
