    Minimill tool changer

Only wants to turn one dirrection. Not the other.
Is this a motor or os this a switch.
    If it's a motor, it's outta here.

I think it is a SETTING or PARAMETER. I am pretty sure my machines rotate the shortest way to the next tool, both lathes and mills and I seem to recall seeing something about 'Tool Change or Turret Rotate Shortest Distyance'.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.

Sounds to me like a relay problem.

Its the motor, I will take it off your hands at no charge
Seriously, sounds like a switch, relay, or parameter or setting. Motors don't fail that way, if they spin fine one direction then the windings and bearings are good. Definatly control related. Hope this helps.
