    Exclamation solid edge / mastercam

    Hi,
Our company is looking for a cnc router software to run our new 2-1/2 axyx router. We are using Solid Edge. We are cutting plastic sheets (2d cutting only) We need a good nester and a good transfert between SE and the cam software. We have looked at 2 sofwares: Act Cut from Alma and Mastercam. We currently use Art Cam but it is almost useless for us: it doesn't recoignize Parasolid and the nester was not powerfull enought to nest most of my jobs.
Any suggestions or experience would be very appreciated.

    Thanks,

try this site, that is add on or plug in for SOLIDWORKS,
SOLID EDGE integrates very well with mastercam, and the default plane is same, SOLIDWORKS is not that is your top face of the block ends up are right side when inported in.
    This the address:

    SolidNEST for Router

    Hi,

I noticed that the link above doesn't direct you to the SolidNEST website. SolidNEST is an advanced nesting solution that will optimize the way your router machine works. Try this link:
