    Chip conveyer question

    Lynx 220a
    Henning Chip Conveyer.
I want to opperate the machine without the chip conveyer.
    Get an Estop alarm.
Also have a light "APC" flashing at teh same tiem as the Emergency light on the panel.
    Fanuc 0iTc control
Is there a parameter or some such that I need to turn off? Or on?

I don't have a list of the keep relays, (it should be in a blue bindfer inside your electrical cabinet), but I'm reasonably sure there's one for the chip conveyor.

The APC alarm is probably the Absolute Pulse Coder battery low alarm. Don't shut the machine off until you install new batteries.

Machine was moved and not under power for 4 months. Phase was incorrect not allowing machine to power up. Hyd pump threw an alarm.
re Phased power input, now find battaries are in fact dead. (APC Battaries).
    How many are there?
    Where are they?
From where do I buy them?
    Thanks

Does Z jog and handwheel ok? What happens when you try to home Z?

If you are having an e-stop error when you unplug the conveyor you need to link the e-stop circuit in the conveyor socket

    According to the Manual

    you need to link either

    P - V & R - U in the Socket
    or
    ESP0 - ESP1 & SB1 - SB1A in the Electrical cabinet

I am assuming my electrical book is the same edition as your wiring
