    Harding Talent & Fanuc

    Good morning all.

I have a Talent (Mk 1?) with a Fanuc controller bearing the screen description OM and type plate on the back of OTA.

It performs well but I have not yet been able to find a way of loading or downloading programs.

I have some parameter settings to change but can find neither hard nor soft keys to start the process rolling.

    Can anybody help please?

Never seen a Talent, but on our older Conquest 42 and 51 with OT controls there is a green OUTPUT START button in the lower right hand corner of the keypad. Above that is a gray INPUT key. These are used to send and receive programs.

EDIT: Call Hardinge if this isn't it on your control. They are very good about helping. Faster than waiting for an answer here.

Thanks. Very rapid and entirely relevant response. We'll try it once the machine is not busy.

I tried Harding;- they didn't know.
