G CODE NOT WORKING ANYMORE from Vectric cut2d and 3d

OK finally my machine is working. Full 3axis servo with m5i20 card and emc2.

I have full versions of Vectric Cut 2d and Cut 3d. I have made programs from it using the generic G code inch post processor. These programs have run with complete success in EMC and during my testing I have cut parts with them.

Now for some reason my programs are not running. The old ones which I know have worked as well as new ones. EMC reads the g code and plots the image however when I go to run it nothing happens?

Just to mention the default EMC2 AXIS g-code program at startup does work on the machine.

Does anyone know why my old code is not working anymore. Have there been changes to the way EMC reads the g-code. If so which post processor should I be using.

I am current on all upgrades and system. 8.04 and 2.2.8.

    Anyone have any ideas????

    Need more info.
    Is there an error message?
Can you post the shortest program that doesn't work.
probably post it in pastebin.com or something...
Did this behavior change after updating EMC or your CAD program?
anything else that might be different before and after the change in behavior?

I found a solution, sort of.

I used the sherline inch post processor and it worked. The only thing is is doesn't properly close the program on the last line. I just included a M30 myself.

Also what is the code for spindle enable? It also does not include that code.
