    changing the std file

how do we load a changed 9997 file into the machine? (or a new template)
we have the VQC loaded on a desktop comp as well as on the machine, and have made a modified file that we would now like to load into the machine. but we get a macro load error when we try to copy over.
we cannot see the original 9997 file in the prog list either.
is the a setting or pram we need to change to be able to copy it in?

    thanks

Do you have the manual? There is a setting that makes 9000 numbered programs visible. You need to turn that on.

    Settings

    8 - Prog Memory Lock
    must be OFF

    23 - 9xxx Progs Edit Lock
    must be OFF

    74 - 9xxx Progs Trace
must be ON for graphic simulation purposes only

    75 - 9xxxx Progs Singls BLK
must be ON for safety reasons

In addition, ALWAYS backup machine data BEFORE uploading anything to the comand. If you have any doubt about how to do this, please post me your doubt and machine's software version.
