Hi All,
I have an older Bostomatic 312 that is starting to give me problems. It has an SPCII control with a Ampex cpu . I believe the problems I am having now have to do with the power supply in the cpu. I find that it is putting out the +5V and -5V but not the 15V. I am getting the voltages from the back panel studs on the power supply and cpu.
I was thinking of just replacing the power supply with new ones, a + and - 5v and a +15v but also see that there is an aux out put jack in the back of the old power supply that puts power into what I believe is the cpu board of the computer. I don't know what that voltage is supposed to be? I don't have a schematic of the cpu or the power supply?
the model # of the Ampex CPU is 8CH532K , I believe the power supply # is 3502083. The power supply has no indications on it of what the output amps are for any of the voltages.
