Hi everyone,

I want to enable some options in my Cnc Lathe Hitachi HT20S2 but dont know the right parameters. Can someone maybe help me.

I already called Yaskawa but they would charge too much just to send a technician to set the options. This is only a matter of minutes I think, and I have to pay travelling costs and €250 per option, this is insane in my opinion.

Please someone help me.

i've got the manuals to a 94 model hitachi 20sII might be of some help if you can tell me where to look... i think i've read something like that before somewhere in one of the bools i have. Also my machine has been powered down for a long time so will need the parameters re entering... anyone be able to help there? i've read in the books that they can be downloaded and saved so i should be able to get a copy of them from a machine with the same specs and load them back in.

I couldnt get any information for unlocking the G-Funktions.

Thank you Swabi for the Documentation you have send me. But actually it does not describe howto enable G-Codes which are optional.
I am searching for a way to enable/disable G-Codes which can be enabled by Hitachi-Service for money. But actually they charge 250€ for each G-Code and also for the technician.

Would be great if someone knows howto get the "OPTIONAL-G-CODES" enabled.
(G112 for example "Arc multiple beveling/rounding)

Another example for optional G-Codes is the Angle programming in G01.
I cant specifiy an angle movement with G01 (like G01X10.A15)

I hope there is someone in this forum that can help me.
Actually i would pay money for help too.
