Where can one by a Sieg X3 Mill besides lathmaters?
Where can one by a Sieg X3 Mill besides lathmaters?
Looks like Harbor Freight has the X2 and X3. Also looks like they have the X4....I just glanced.
Is that the same exact same machine? http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=42827
No, they have the x1 and x2, the micro and mini.
The x4 is like a round column mill.

To the best of my knowledge, no one imports the Sieg X4 which is a round column. I believe Lathemaster.com is the only one importing the X3. Many outfits import the X1 and X2 mills from Sieg. Look over their web pages.

I wonder how much pent up demand for Sieg X3 there might be?
I have a Sieg Lathe and Mill. I have been talking with http://www.littlemachineshop.com about having them order accessories i need.

I think it could be a very big seller, particularly as there is not another dovetailed-column, mid-sized bench mill on the market (I call it a "midi-mill" ). Cost might be one inhibiting factor, but the out of the box quality of the X3 is a quantum leap above the typical fair of the smaller Sieg machines, both lathe and mill.Originally Posted by ViperTX
