    RFQ: 30 pcs 0.5" HDPE, 11" Ø

I have an order for 10 units. Each unit gets 1 ea part. So I need 10, 10, and 10.

Pdf's are attached. I've called out a flatness tolerance... I won't actually be measuring that, but its my way of saying that the material needs to be reasonably flat.

Please quote material and labor (service) separately.

Due date of assembled units to my customer is 6/1/09. So I would need these parts approx 5/14 to 5/21/09.

    I'm located in Philadelphia.

    thank you!

    Thanks everyone for quoting.

I've pretty much received enough quotes to make a choice.

    Some FAQs:

Regarding OD finish and my request for lack of "indents," this is pretty much covered by my OD tolerance: ±0.015". In other words, if there is an indent that is more that 0.015" deep, then the OD is out of tolerance. A hose-clamp will be applied to the OD.

Regarding the thickness tolerance, "stock" is fine. Lets say ±0.040". Flatness is the important issue.

    thanks!
