Question ATC Alarm Light, And Dry Run Light on after PC1 card was removed

To start, I have an Okada VM460, with Fanuc 3M controller
In process of doing a drip-feed upgrade, parameters & programs got erased.
We had the parameters recorded, and where able to get them back in, and make the drip feed work, but the only thing was the ATC wouldnt change out tools. Would get to the command line for a tool change, and hang there with no error lights or anything, just hung there, and cycle start light stayed on.

Searched for solutions everywhere, and in a bit of trial, my friend who is good with electronics, said to pull the PC1 card, and see what error codes came up, cause he was guessing it was associated with the ATC.

PC1 card was removed (yes with the power off)
Powered up machine to the ATC Alarm, and dry run lights on. nothing worked.
Put PC1 card back in, and started it back up, screen came up with garbage, and the same two lights were on, and then the smell of something burnt.:nono:

Pulled card again to get the following situation.
The Card is labeled A20B-0008-0630 A
I have attached pics, but new here so dont know if i did it right.
Anyone know where i can find replacement card, cause not haveing any luck.
Also, do i need to replace it with exact same card, or can i use an upgraded card?
I notice there are other cards that start the same A20B-0008- but last part is different.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

    Lightbulb Trying something else first...

My electronics wizard of a friend, is going to replace the damaged chip and diagnos the board.
If that doesnt work, then yes will probably have to look for replacement, but they seem spendy.(wedge)
What is your price for a refurbished one vs. a new one.

    Exclamation Trying again..

The board has been repaired, and if correct, once put back in the machine will be back where it was prior to it's removal and self-destruction.

The ATC will not do its job.
The Cycle Start light stays on, the solinoids/or whatever they are, next to ATC light up, but no action is preformed. As if they computer is waiting for something.
Someone said that the parameters were messed up, but the parameters are back in the same way they were before the switch.
Now, unless there are parameters i dont see, i cant tell you. But another said possibly diagnostic settings could be an issue. We do not have anything that say what can be adjusted in diagnostics, or any backup of them.

Any clarification on this would be very helpful.
Reminder, we are dealing with an Okada VM460 with Fanuc 3M controller.
