    Hi there,

link is on the youtube video page.... along with link to chinese heightmap distribution site..

have found a few other useful FREE apps here and there.. including dedicated lithophane app.... these are very popular with the 3D printing chaps...

will be some new examples at youtube soon...

    hope it helps

If they worked at it, they could probably make the Image 2 Stl Converter video even more annoying.

It looks like it could be a very useful tool, but gads, the audio for the video is extremely off-putting.

I am downloading the program. I hope the program is better than the video.

Most of those models look to be exactly the same as the ones floating around all the ebay sellers, and on the various file sharing places (which means they simply compiled them all I would fairly assume), the fact they also sell lists of thousands of names/email addresses of cnc users for $100 is something I would consider a fair indication of the motives and operation of the site.

Attachment 339648 Any help converting to dxf or dwg. When I use inkscape it is pretty sloppy. I played with the trace settings but get it cleaned up. An explanation or what software used would be appreciated thanks!
