Try this. There are mc8 files in the zip. Looks like T-Maxx parts.

RcCNC, I looked at the files, and tried to make them into solid models in Surfcam, but they wouldn't extrude. I found that they had some "dirty" geometry in them; that is, some overlapping entities, and endpoints not trimmed together, as well as some tiny pieces of geometry not visible unless you zoom way in. These things can cause you problems when you want to "chain" the profiles for machining. If you want to fix them, look for those things. If you want any help, I'd be glad to clean 'em up for you.

I wonder why I can't open them. I tried to open them with Rhino and mastercam. Didn't work with either of them.

    Thanks all
Bill If you would kleen those up for me I would greatly apprectiate it. i can only work on them at school and thats only for 45 minutes. they were only drawn in 2d but if you convert them to 3d the thickness of the peices are 1/4"

I am still new at machining. I only get practice at school in my metal shop and i've only been messing with it for a few months now

    thanks again!

Every thing worked good but i need the a-arm with the large ovals (dont remember what i called it) I need the another 1/16 inch between the inside of the outer tabs and outside of the center tab. it also needs to streach the ovals with it.

RcCNC, I PM'd you. I'll take a look again at the DXF files and see if I can get the changes in there.

RcCNC, I got the original file from your first post and re-drew it. I'll attach a pic with the dimensions in question (plus a few others!). Lte me know which features you want to change.
